Basically, you have to guide Gorix through all the Red Doors, which will then shut, all the way to the green exit.
Use the blue circles to alter his direction, by clicking on the blocks around them. You CANNOT change them once you click "start".
Avoid the open airlocks, and later, the little robots. They kill you. (NOTE: Robots can also be used to close the red doors)

Go to the Space Station, scroll down, and click the blue door, then the open door at the back.

To get to the important bit, click on the interface, and press 4 (on your keyboard) and then 2. This will bring up a list of codes.
Click on a code, and it will bring up the solving screen. You must drag modifiers from the right, into the boxes, to change the key into the target code.
Note that you only need to find the message about loading civilians onto the docking ships, from Commander Garoo in order to complete the step:
My lord,
We've begun moving the civilians to the transport shuttles as planned. The public decks are all secure although we've had some trouble finding our way around the maintenance levels; there could still be traitors hiding in that maze. Nonetheless, the shuttles should be ready to launch shortly, and then we won't have to worry about the civilians any more.

Now then, this is tricky.
Overview of Levels
First of all, the twenty codes are divided up into four difficulty levels, and they are randomly spread in the list. Level One only has one modifier box, and three different symbols. Level Two has two modifier boxes and five different symbols. Levels Three and Four both have three modifier boxes, but Level Three has six different symbols, and Level Four has seven. Level Four also has a longer key/target.

Explanation of Level One codes
Level one is easy peasy. Here is the list of letters (input order does not matter):
X + X = V
X + V = C
X + C = X
V + V = X
V + C = V
C + C = C

Advanced Codebreaking
Unfortunately, this simple mix and match will not work for later levels, so you'll need to learn the nitty gritty.
We'll use level one codes as an example, however.
X + X = V
Now, I'm telling you that X = 1, and V = 2. So:
1 + 1 = 2
Simple enough, right? Right. Now:
X + V = C
So:
1 + 2 = 3, so C = 3
Still simple enough, eh?
So, what's 3 + 1? 4! But there is no 4th symbol yet! Damn right, there isn't. So it loops back to one. Or, mathematically, you divide it by the number of different symbols, and take the remainder. So:
3 + 1 = 4
3 + 1 = 1
C + X = X
2 + 2 = 4
2 + 2 = 1
V + V = X
2 + 3 = 5
2 + 3 = 2
V + C = V
In later levels, you get extra symbols, so don't forget to up the limit.

Explanation of Level Two+ codes
Ok, right, now you're going to have to use your uber maths skills.
Don't forget that Level Two has five symbols, Level Three has six, and Level Four has seven.
I suggest just focusing on the first two or three symbols, and running through the combinations of modifiers that can satisfy those.
There's no way you'll be able to work them out in your head, unless you're a freaking genius.

(Quick Link)Just move Cylara from the bottom door to the top door, without passing into the guards' lines of sight.
You do this by clicking on the adjacent square you want her to move to.
You can also kill (read; knock out) the guards, by moving on top of them when they're not looking. Like so:
This is useful in level 4, and essential in level 5, so you may as well get used to doing it.

Heat TestBasically, the idea is to match the composition of ONE of the ten elements in your finished product, to a list of preset figures.

Mass: 3.1 kg
Composition:
- 35.5% Kadoatite
- 32.3% Xweetite
- 32.3% Dariganium
Calculating:
3.1*0.355=1.1005=1.1 (you need to round to the nearest)
3.1*0,323=1.0013=1
3.1*0,323=1.0013=1
Do this for all ten pieces. Yes, it's lots of work, but we haven't found an easier way yet.

3-2) Then, look at the following numbers:

Tikium: 2.5
Tyrannium: 3.6
Kadoatite: 3.3
And your task is to find one or more numbers from step 3-1 that add up to the corresponding number in step 3-2. Do it like this:
Meridellium: 0.5 and 0.8 can't add up to 0.7 - not what I need
Xweetite: there's one "1.9" which suits me
Zafarium: there's one "1.8" which suits me
Slothite: 2 and 1.4 can't add up to 1.1 - not what I need
Kadoatite: 1.1, 0.7 and 1.8 can't add up to 3.3 - not what I need
You need to do this for all 10 metals, though it's not possible right now because we don't have the numbers for all 10 metals. But if you find numbers that suit you, go on.
4) Find the required pieces. In my example, I figured out that I can take either the piece with 1.9 Xweetite (that's piece 7) or the piece with 1.8 Zafaruim (that's piece 2). Choose any of them. If you have a sum of pieces, make sure their total mass is not more than 10 kg.
5) Press "Melt" and wait 180 seconds. If you're successful, you'll get the following message:
*BZZT* Congratulations! You have successfully created a nuclear reactor control rod, made from ***. This rod can now be added to the globally available pool of control rods used in testing Duplicate Space Faerie Tokens.

HOW TO USE THE PROGRAM
Once you have accessed the page linked to above, press Ctrl+A to select the whole page.
At this point, make sure no components are checked off. If they are, uncheck them, and reselect the whole page.
Note: Selecting just the components WILL NOT WORK, you MUST use Ctrl-A! Also, do NOT use view source, either.
Paste this into the text box at the top of the calculator and press "Calculate".
The boxes that turn green at the bottom indicate which components to use.
Select them on the web page, and make your control rod!
Dissolving TestNoone knows how to do this effectively, yet. Stay tuned.
Gravitics TestSo far, the idea seems to be random clicking to find the singularities.
No pattern has yet been found.

This section too, is divided into three parts:
Part one - control rods
You have to position your control rod right next to the white, blobby stuff, but not touching.
The best way to do this is practise and get the hang of it.
Part two - acids
To work out the value you need to enter, multiply the Litres by ten, and then by the percentage.
ie, for 2.3 Litres at 11%, you do 2.3 x 10 x 11 = 253.
To get which bottle to pick, number them in your mind from 1 (top left) across to 5 (top right), and then 6-10 on the bottom row too, then select from the list below:
1 - Hydroslothic
2 - Transtyrannic
3 - Meridellic
4 - Fluorokadaotic
5 - Cyanofaeryllic
6 - Perneopic
7 - Zafaric
8 - Tikitonic
9 - Xweetic
10 - Oxydariganic
Part three - gravity
This is tricky, and best done by using Excel, or a similar spreadsheet program.
Open Excel
In B1 put: =ROUNDDOWN(((160000+((A1^2)-(A2^2)))/800),0)
In B2 put: =ROUNDDOWN(SQRT(ABS((A1^2)-(((160000+((A1^2)-(A2^2)))/800)^2))),0)
Now, for the first turn you place the singularity at 0,0 and whatever number is returned you put in A1.
For the second turn you place it at 400,0 and put that returned number in A2 and press enter.
The number in B1 is the X value, and the number in B2 is the Y value.
