I won't allow you to offer services such as getting members avatars. You are a new member and with such comes no trust. Once you've been around the community for a bit and decide you would like to try again, feel free to PM me and ask if it's OK, but until then don't do it.

I'm not going to warn / ban you as you haven't done anything against the rules, but if you do something like this again then I will suspend you.

Also, it may not be wise for you to offer your services anyways. If you get avatars for people who cheat your IP could be traced and your legit account could potentially be banned.
