Ok. Hosting problem has been solved. But my domain expires in 2 days, and godaddy wont let me pay if the paypal isn't backed with a CC.
So anyone know of a site that doesn't make you have a paypal backed with a CC to register a domain?

Try namecheap.com. It may be complex because you will have to transfer the domain and pay for it so that it doesn't expire..

Ok. Last question was solved. The old owner (Who has a paypal backed with a CC.....even though he is 16) finally got on. Sent him the money and he paid for it.
Found out my friend/New host bought cpanel and it will be up in 15min. I win.
