This site was created some time ago and now it's restarting. Its not changed much, which some of the members it will notice, but it is in the process of getting a new look and such which take time. So whilst it is open, it is still being worked on a little.
Although its been around for awhile now, this site was murdered. It was left it in the hands of someone the head admin thought could look after it, and he killed it. So now it is re-open. And we are in need of new staff. So see below.
Mistree's History
It is said that there are many worlds that exist in parallel with our own. These worlds may never interact, but are always there. Stretch out your arms and you will have brushed against countless worlds, but none shall ever have felt your arms brush against them.
In these worlds, many things are different. Or……can be just the opposite.
Millennium ago, Mistree was whole. No one had heard about “other worlds†and anyone discussing such things would have been deemed a witch and been banished. But that was all to change.
2000 years ago, 2 of the mightiest Pokémon alive went to battle. Dialga and Pialka both fought for dominance of a mighty Kingdom. For these Legendary Pokémon, back in this age, were deemed Gods and worshipped by many. The Kingdom the fought for was the largest and greatest in the Region, and thus both wanted to be the prominent Pokémon for it.
A horrific battle ensued, lasting several years and destroying much of the land and towns around the Region. The Ruler of Time and the Ruler of Space were both evenly matched, and neither could gain the upper hand. No sooner would Dialga get in a good attack, would Pialka counter with an equally powerful blast of its own.
But Dialga had the advantage to some decree. Being the Ruler of Time, Dialga could reverse time and undo any damage done to itself. It did this many times, and severely weakened the barriers between the worlds and damaged Time itself. For he created countless Paradox’s when he helped himself throughout the ages.
This was the first step in the road to destruction.
Pialka was, obviously, The Ruler of Space. It, and it alone could bend space to its will. This was a handy power, for it allowed it to do many things. One of these things it attempted was to erase Dialga from existence. And it did try. Problem was, folding space around something stressed the same Barriers that Dialga had damaged. The stress was normally ok, it never lasted, but trying to erase countless copies of Dialga, therefore cause an IMMENSE amount of stress, caused the plan to backfire. Cracks started to appear in the Barrier. Large cracks. And the ensuing chaos from these cracks resulted in Dialga and Pialka both being dragged to one place. The centre of all the damage.
Both Pokémon were enraged, both unaware of the damage they had wrought, and both thinking the other had dragged them to this place of Chaos and darkness. And so, they both unleashed their most powerful attacks. Both put all their huge power into it. And both launched at the same time.
This was the ultimate mistake. Both attacks slammed into the other, right at the centre of all the damage. The power of these attacks alone was incredible, but when they combined, the very planet, the very CORE of every universe shook. Every world that day felt the immense power rip through them, and no world came out of it unscathed. For the attacks caused an explosion that shattered the Barrier that’s keep the Worlds apart, and the shockwaves raced through everywhere. Cities from all world were reduced to rubble, every natural disaster imaginable occurred at the same time in every world. The blast shredded some worlds completely, wiping them out of Existence all together. And nothing could stop it.
It took 3 years for the shockwaves of power to stop. And by the end of those 3 years, the World, and indeed every world had been drastically changed.
Dialga and Pialka had vanished. No one knows to this day were they have ended up, but it is believed they used the very last of their power to preserve humanity and Pokémon. The Barriers slowly repaired over the 2000 years, and Worlds slowly rebuilt, all not knowing what had caused the destruction in the first place.
But all was not perfect.
Mistree got back to its feet. Slowly. It rebuilt and got over the disaster, and slowly thing returned to normal. No one knew of the irreparable damage done.
For Mistree and its parallel version, it’s Opposite so to speak, and inter-mingled on some level. Towns from the parallel version had been left on opposite sides, and the residents and Pokémon had been trapped in the wrong World. People from the “good†World had been trapped in the “Evil†World, and vice-versa.
This was only discovered 1000 years ago. For 1000 years no one had found out about these mistakes. Since then the Governments of each world covered it all up. No one but the highest ranking officials found out about these anomalies, and they did everything to prevent the discovery.
Because if it became public, a War would soon ensue.
You see, 2 Worlds are meant to stay just that. 2. As in separate. Each of the Worlds survive of its own natural powers. Combine 2 worlds and the Worlds slowly kill each other, because the power must be used up twice as fast.
No one knew this until just 50 years ago. It was then that the EXACT spot that Dialga and Pialka’s attack had combined, and shattered the Barriers. And in that spot?
A swirling black vortex. It seems to beckon you, call you into it. And it leads through the Barriers and into the Dark Mistree.
On the other side?
Opposites of all the Towns in “Light†Mistree. Dark Pokémon of great power, even at basic level. People who are run by a Government that kills anyone standing against it. And they despise the “Other†world as they call it. Because they know as long as they “Other†World exists, they will be wiped out sooner.
It is not fully explored though. And it’s not guarded either. The Governments on both sides find that ANY Guards positioned nearby vanish within days. And so they leave it in the hopes no one will discover it. And they both make plans. Find Dialga. Find Pialka. Fix the Worlds.
Or wipe one another out……
1 SuperMods. SuperMods are the next highest Ranking, with the Head Super Mod being the highest of them. They need to be fairly active, able to do regs and reffing, and keep control of the site.
MODS! we could never have enough mods. So mods will do the reffing, simple no? They can't do regs, and will get promoted as time goes by but there is two requirements.
1) Is that you can only apply to be a mod once every two weeks.
2) Is that you must have at least ten posts in your journey which is counting refs as well as you posts.

Advertisers. This is where many sites fail badly. Lack of ads. So we are looking for at least 4 people to go around advertising this site. You can advertise anywhere as long as it does not break any rules. we have appointed an Head Advertiser who can delegate the others. Though these member cannot ref or do regs, the do still have authority, so treat them with some respect.
Also note, they cannot see the staff boards, but will have their own forum to post whatever they like in.
