I think it's cool that you want to / can do this. I tried it once, but always had issues with color tone and shit like that. :'(

do you want me to remove all the people or just the ones in the water banhammer? and make the sea cover everything up to the buildings?

It would be cool if you could remove all the people and let to the building, because we're picturing like 2100, and the level of the sea will be greater by there. Of course the major of this time could get more sand, but it would be less, or the sand would invade the streets...
