[Spicy Devil]

I've been facing a broblem in the downloads area each time I log in and vertify a program it says
"Failed,You are not allowed to use" Yes it says that after it logs me in
I just type my username and password it says that it's logging in then vertifing the program then it shows the test writen about "FAILED" for some reasson I dunno why
So please If you can help! I'd be thankful!

Well...I downloaded at frist "make me rich" Then it didn't work so I tried the "67k Np Grabber/ 50k NP grabber" still didn't work I also tried "Event Genie" and "Dumb grabber" But none really worked

The last two you mentioned probably don't work because they are so old and neopets has changed a lot since they were made.

As for the other two.....have you downloaded all the required files etc?

That's probably not the issue. Mumei please correct me if I'm wrong, but typically the program will just crash if all the files needed aren't present. It sounds more like the programs she has selected just don't work any longer or she is putting in the wrong info. I'll go give them a go as well.

I've tried a few programs on my own that give me that error, while others work fine. I assure you I'm allowed to use any of the programs listed here.

For the checks you are using your forum user name and password correct? Not your neopets name.

it is designed to test the neocodex check

usually if a program gives you a "you are not allowed to use this program" it means one of 2 things, either you're not at the correct level to use it, or the program (or version of that program) as been deactivated

Well I am member I posted some posts so I think I am allowed to! And also I downlaoded all the required files. Well Let me give you a screen shot!

As for the "Make me rich" It's diffrent it shows me these three windows:

Yeah I am positive I am using this account not my neo It says it logs me in perfectly but I am not allowed to use it...Although I am a member Rank!

well they do because as soon as you get 500 posts you get to use the more advanced programs...sorry for the pun XD

That happens to me sometimes, usually if I keep trying it will let me in.

You know I don't even know. I'm probably the only person on Codex (along with you, but you have the right to not know) that doesn't know...

Well I mean I know that you use them to buy from the uh store... But i'm not familiar with robbing points and all that...

It`s a farily new scheme, just sopposed to be a bit of fun:P the more you post the more points you get to spend:P

Oh wait! i have just taken a peak at your screenies, and i have the same problem, i pissed off one of the programmers and they "blocked" me from using there programs so when i log in it said that exact message..

At the top, you can see Fun and Entertainment, click that and then IPB store, there you can spend your points on some things. It's under-developed right now so mostly it's about stealing points from other people
You get 1 point per post, and 5 points per topic. You can be given points by some contests run on the site (not usually ones in the contest area, those give out like neopoints , meso and LPC $).

I'm really at a loss as to your issue though, so you might have to wait for someone who knows more about this than me.
