Goto my FAQ, download my test program and try that, does that work?
if not, run thu all the stuff on there
as a final point, follow the "I've tried everything, and it's still not working"

? what? there are 2 links that are there for required files, and both of them are fine, i have just checked them myself now

I just checked on them and they are broken they say files are missing
