Note: This guide was written for use on Windows, I do not know how to make this work on any other operating system.

The Avatar

Required Score: 300+

Part 1 : Setting Up

1. Turn your sound off, or remove your headphones.
2. Close MSN/AIM/YIM etc. and other programs, or set your status to busy to avoid interruptions.
3. Go to the game page.
4. Set the game size to large. This will allow the game to open in a new window, as well as making it easier to see what you're doing.

Part 2 : The Guide

1. Click on Click to Play to load the game.
2. Start the game.
3. Hover over the GREEN circle and click once. Do not move your mouse!
4. Press CTRL + ESC and the start menu should appear. (The right windows key can be used as an alternative to CTRL + ESC)
5. Press CTRL + ESC again and you should now be back in game. (The right windows key can be used as an alternative to CTRL + ESC)
6. Press the left mouse button down. Do not let go until I say to!
7. Very carefully move the hoop onto the shadow at the bottom of the screen. [View Screenshot]
8. Keeping the shadow in the middle of the hoop, follow it all the way to the other end. Do not move too fast or the buzzer will sound!
9. Once again, very carefully move the hoop up over the RED circle. You may now let go of the left mouse button!
10. Follow steps 3 to 9 for each level you wish to complete. When you are happy with your score, you can lose your lives and send it.

I know similar guides have been posted before but I couldn't find one that was very detailed, and older methods no longer work. If needed I can add more screenshots or a video example tomorrow.

It's easier just to press the Windows key on the right side of your keyboard twice, it doesn't cancel your play like the left one does.

Weird doesn't wanna work for me that way. I'll edit that key in as an alternative anyway, thanks.

As far as I'm aware it should be low freeze rate, if you take it slowly and aren't obviously abusing it or anything.

been being used for awhile. have yet to see anyone that I know get froze for it. just like everything else non legit. don't abuse it and you'll be fine.

I remember being able to right click, click again and the mouse curser would appear where the hook was. So long as you kept the mouse curser inside the look, it wouldn't buzz. Much easier than using the regular hook.
I don't think that method works anymore for some reason.

Nope it doesn't almost anything that takes you "out" of the game (not sure how else to explain it) resets everything.

Ooh! Ooh! Me too. Thanks. I had given up ever getting this avatar. I could never get past the first level the regular way. Now, not only do I have the avatar, but I can see this being one of the games I play daily for an easy 3000 NP. Thanks again Sarah. You rock.

Awesome, thanks a lot for the guide! And thanks kitsune for the tip, i didn't realize you had to hit the windows button quickly. The game kept restarting when i was out of the window for too long.
