You need to visit the Darigan Pteri's lookup at any time within the 24-hour span that it is 644 days old (listed on the lookup). The below times are approximations, with a 30 minute span of error.

    Rumor has it, (via Avatarlog) that there is a Darigan Pteri that comes of age today, 12/29. It can be found at http://www.neopets.com/search.phtml?select...;string=Yiriiko.

    If you don't have it, go get it and confirm for other Codexians.

    I think Darigan pteri's are ugly. The avatar looks cool though.

    Would it be possible if a pet was exactly 644 days, and a morphing potion is used to turn it to a darigan pteri?
    Would it work? Or must the pet be originally a pteri?

    I don't see why not, it's both of the Pteri species and colored Darigan.
