Step one: take two slices of bread and lay them on the counter
step two: put 1 slice of cheese on one of the pieces of bread
step three: put 2 slices of ham on top of the cheese
step four: put the other piece of bread on the one with the ham and cheese
step five: eat it while going OMNOMNOM
Step six: gimme a custom title of "head chef" xD

Tomato sauce? Never heard of that on a ham and cheese before. I'll have to try that sometime. I tend to put chips (regular non-wavy chips) in my ham and cheese sandwiches. I don't know why...but I've been doing that forever.

Nonono. See, when a sandwich has cheese and you grill it, it's a grilled cheese. When you have ham with that cheese, it's a grilled cheese with ham.

Technically it's a grilled cheese sandwich, not just grilled cheese. tongue.gif So I'd call it a grilled cheese and ham sandwich. smile.gif

I do that in my ham and cheese sammiches too. XD I just like a little bit of crunch in that bite.

But mostly I just go with a good Turkey sammich. biggrin.gif

Turkey, Mayo, Mustard, Tomatoes, Onions, Lettuce, and sometimes Red Wine Vinegar. ohmy.gif

Mmmmm. biggrin.gif

Using that logic though, for example, who would call a 'BLT', a bacon, lettuce and tomato sandwich. Saying sandwich sucks.
