Then it ain't working quite as it shouldWe run floodgaurd at the data center along side firewalls that use a DDOS database to block out IPs that flood the network.
But yeah, the server load was over 10% (!)...

AND EDIT:Uber not to discredit your word, but Hydro is a paying becausetomer too...He should mean just as much as any of the other clients...which is why your helping hi'm move; I guess, but......

You are right and any other client who would potentially place this site at risk would also be removed if the rolls were reversed. Again this is not something we have decided to just place on NeoCodex. As per our TOS/AUP if such an event occurs we must take ever step possible to rectify the issue including removal of a client.
This was not the first packet launched at NeoCodex since being with us.
