I for one dont believe in any of this crap but you gotta admit, the world is going to shit a lot lately. More natural/unnatural disasters. It just seems like its building up to something, but im still not convinced.....

it will eventually happen but not on that date. The sun will someday engulf the earth and its heat will destroy all forms of life. But that will happen millions of years from now. Hopefully, by that time mankind has found another planet where they can continue living .

Theories are possible, but the mayan calendar theory. Well maybe they just didn't want to continue making up a calendar, because they were around at least 2000 years ago. that's a lot to think ahead. just another theory

Although I have never really believed in it, I took an interest in this topic a couple of years back and went crazy investigating pretty much all the theories out there. I made a point of joining forums that focus on the potential of Armageddon in 2012, I watched a billion relevant documentaries, and read many stupidly long articles about polar shifts, sun spots, super-volcanoes, and mysterious planets destined to throw us out of orbit (amongst other things).

It took me a while to gain sufficient insight to officially call bullshit on the whole thing. I was, of course, calling bullshit even before I started Googling and YouTubing like a madman - but now, as well as being backed up by common sense, I have a cannon packed full of unquestionable evidence behind me, ready to blow all the scaremongering conspiracy theorists to Planet X if need be.

My philosophy? Ignore it. Either A: You don't believe it and you don't die, and can laugh at the idiots who thought they were, or B: You die and nobody can say you were wrong. Also... IF you knew the world was gonna end, you wouldn't want to live by worrying about the end right? You'd do stuff with your life, do normal stuff, stuff you do naturally without worrying about 2012.
