Yea looks very different, will have to get used to it like all the others, well we have the option of different skins in the not so distant future?

also i think we should have a competition on designing new member tags, as the old one looks somewhat out of place.

I think it's just because it's a little too close to the avatar. I can fix that.

By the way, good job on the bug reports guys. It's WAY more organized this way.

Fine by me. I can't make graphics though, so I'm quite useless in this aspect.

If you guys make them, and we like them, we'll use them. Make one or two to show us the style and we can select the best one . That way you dont waste work and we can make suggestions.

We may upgrade it in the future but it serves its purpose for now so it's cool .

Would it be possible to create different theme/skins so members can choose which would appeal more to them. Sorry if i have mentioned this before, i really miss the darkness theme

We'll try . Just to let you know, our priority right now is getting programs out and not skins . But that doesn't mean that we are throwing the idea out completely.

Where's the option to disable/enable viewing of other member's signatures.

edit: Also add some empty space between an avatar and the member tag, that shit looks horrible.

oops I ment to click reply, and clicked that red button. I was just saying I like the feel of this upgrade, great job. Also is there supposed to be an error when I click on someones profile, it says I dont have the permission to look at peoples profile? !

Awesome job guys! I really appreciate the amount of time and work that all of you have put in to make this upgrade go so smoothly. The site looks great and downtime was unnoticeable for most people. Way to go!

You should read the news post before making comments like these.....

Programs will begin to reappear in the downloads section as soon as our core development team finalizes the installations for them. These programs will be beta versions, and so we expect you to use the Tracker function if you have any issues (or at least mention it somewhere so we can add it to the Tracker).

Not as far as I know. This is the new IPB default, though if they make an IPB legacy skin (which they sometimes do), we can always install that.

Think of this from a development perspective. IPB 3.0's source code has been out for a whole two weeks, so no one in the outside world has even had a chance to make skins for it yet.

I think that problem has been fixed now

It's not a problem since I had the board in "performance mode" a while ago. See my latest post in the "Expected Downtime" news post.

I don't really like it...the view new posts is replaced with view new content, and it's so hard to navigate...thread pages (1, 2, 3..etc) can't be directly accessed from that page...

Hmm, maybe in a week or so? Hydro still has to finish constructing the CodexChex also, but I can help him with that to expedite the process a bit. I personally have three programs completed (see my signature), but I'm waiting on those checks.
