Seems to be working ok now. What would cause Codex to be blocked though?

What's OpenDNS?
I thought DNS is something servers set
As a default, your computer is set to pull the DNS lists from your ISP, but there is an open and free project called OpenDNS, where you can use a DNS not set by your ISP. It fixed my problem of not being able to find the Windows Download Servers

Is OpenDNS something you download?
Absolutely nothing to download. You just have to change your interenet settings and OpenDNS works for you for free. Check out their site, they're awesome and legit.

You're not alone on that one. Happens to me all the time since the upgrade.
Who is your ISP?

Is OpenDNS something you download?
No, you just need to change your DNS nameservers to 208.67.222.222 and 208.67.220.220.
It tells you how to do it at:
https://www.opendns.com/start/
If you choose to do it on your router then all your computers on that network will use OpenDNS instead of having to do it on each one individually.
