In this offer you need to find three Slow Melt Popsicles which are hidden in 'hot spots' in Neopia, and click on the banner ads. When you find all three ads/Popsicles you will have a bonus item in your inventory.

If you have premium you are not going to be able to see the ads.
If you are using an Adblock program, you will not be able to see the sponsored top ad banners you need to click on either.

Guide: (Can be done in any order)
Go to Krawk Island to find a Popsicle ad. Wander around or refresh the page until a Popsicle top banner appears that says: Cool! You've found the Fantastic Fruity Popsicle Pop.

When you click on the banner you will be taken back to the main Popsicle page.

Go to Lost Desert to find the next Popsicle ad. Wander around or refresh the page until a Popsicle top banner appears that says: Sweet! You've found the Swirlwinds Popsicle Pop.

Click on the banner to go back to the main Popsicle page.

To find the next Popsicle, go to the Altador Cup Standings and find the ad that says: You've found the Strawberry Ice Age Popsicle Pop.

Click on the banner to go back to the main Popsicle page.

You should now have a new item in your inventory.

Are the links set? Or do i have to refresh in these cities and randomly an ad with this will come up?

I don't know if the links are set, but I think the odds are about 50%+ the ad shows up on the pages he just listed. It was a nice and easy free item.

The ads where there the first time I went to the page

Me too on all 3... that's why I pegged it at 50% plus

The banners popped up on the first page for me on 2 out of 3. The one that didn't, LD, popped right up on the next click when I navigated to Sahkmet.
