Do the following and you should be able to get it.

All items r90+ are 5,000np.

Have 5000 on copy and paste.

Keep refreshing (By clicking the shop keeper icon) until the shop is sold out, Keep clicking the shop keeper until it stocks, Then search for a 5,000np item, By staying in the shop for the restock should give you ti'me to find the 5k item then goto the haggle page, Click where you enter the NP amount, Ctrl + v, Click the little neopet on the haggle I'mage, Then wahey, You have the avatar, If the item sells out, It means you were to slow or your internet is too slow xD

Haha yea. It's pretty easy to get it with an ab. But otherwise, it really is a good tut for those w/o access to msAB yet.
