Done. The OCR tends to fail here and there, but it will catch it and just try again. It shouldn't be too suspicious, and I think you're willing to try anything.

Download the zip, extract somewhere, and run "Agencia.exe". Then just click "start voting".

The OCR hates the letter o for some reason. It always thinks that it is an a or a u. Blame Tesseract and HP Labs, not I. It also thinks l's are %'s sometimes, rofl.

It will also detect when voting has closed and stuff as well and will wait 10 minutes before checking again.

EDIT: Fixed bug that detects the "{" instead of using "f".
