So..I saw a video on youtube (I don't know if I can port here) with a guy showing how to cheat on Grarrl Keno.
Is it realy possible?

You dont need an autoplayer to obtain the avatar. You just simply do a 1 NP quickpick, and just refresh.

And im pretty sure this video is referring to neopets a long time ago. I believe the numbers were less random back then. Don't quote me on this because im not 100% sure.

It was ice free when I did it. Just use a plugin that allows you to set a time for automatic reload/refresh (Tab Mix Plus is my favorite for other reasons). I left it on over night (10 hours straight) and when I came back, I checked and I got the avatar. Another option is to auto-reload/refresh multiple tabs with different numbers on each so it looks like you are manually reloading/refreshing each tab one at a time since holding down F5 would only reload/refresh the active tab.

This may be an old thread, but watching that whole 6.5 minute video... I can't believe I watched a 4th grader type so long... My head hurts from seeing that. I'm going to go read a dictionary to replace the lose brain cells...

It is, there is no way to hack the game at all, it's a lottery and you cannot predict what it will choose.
