Of course, restocking in one store for hours at a time ups your chance of getting frozen, especially in places like magic or stamps. As far as I know, nobody has been frozen using Ambrosia in random shop mode. They have been frozen for using their own lists or sitting in one shop for more than a couple hours.
Let's ignore magic and stamps, as most smart ABers will likely stay away from those. Usually.
Now. If you were a real person restocking, would you seriously know every profitable item in food, plushies, books, toys, and bakery? Not likely. It makes more sense to focus on one or two shops, IMHO, as it looks more like a real person is doing it.
Also, I occasionally change the profit amount up and down to make it seem more like a normal person. Once in awhile I set the profit at 300 and grab an item or two that will likely sell for a loss, just so it looks like I am, you know, actually doing it myself.

Also, shouldn't clothes be one of the RS shops that are really profitable? The list shows it as having many profitable items.
I was thinking about doing Cards and Collectibles for my new mall, but I'm rethinking that cus of this list

Well that seems pretty smart.

I personally love Clothes, but there is one downfall. Many of the items that bring in large profit are species wearables, and are difficult to sell. While waiting for them to sell, their price goes down, so they don't sell for quite as much as you think. Still, it's one of my favorite places to park.

Is Plushie really even worth the time? Ive heard from a few people that Plushies are sorta HTS....Is this true?
void opinion() {
i came back from hiding away from neopets for like 3 years... had like 20-30m to invest in reselling UB's from auction house / trading post... and I'd say IMHO the hardest to sell items ARE indeed plushies. Nobody seems interested in buying them... and half the time I ended up selling them at break-even points and sometimes even just taking a net-loss to regain some pure collateral to reinvest in more ETS items.
if you are reselling, stay away from plushies. If you are restocking, plushies might be an OK solution, as long as you are limiting yourself to plushies with like 150-200k profit margin, so you can sell them quick @ around 50-75k profit.
}
Also, how up to date is this list? If it is completely out of date... where / how would I go about finding the updated information? Obviously the Item database... but is there an automated list that shows each shop's restock items? Forgive me if it is in plain sight... I haven't looked

I don't know about you guys, but when I run the ABer in Food for 2 hours straight I caught no refreshes...
Hmmmm, generally I have pretty good luck in food. There aren't as many refreshes as in other shops, but I get pretty nice buys from there. I AB in food and one other shop. For now, I'm just camping those 2 places, and maybe after a bit I'll switch it up to 2 different shops.
Nice guide, thanks
