Anyway is Commander Garoo gotten at the Virtual Space Station only? Or you can get him any in Virtual Space Station(e.g Space Armory, Space Weapons, Space Petpets)?

Space Station only I believe, it has to be that specific page.

I've been using 3 browser and refreshing them one by one(so that the next one would be ready for refreshing once I refresh browser no2). It still hasn't come out. I wanted to use Abrosia to rs there if Commander Garoo appears there, but apparently he doesn't.

You can fight him in the battledome.
He's a challenger for Defenders of Neopia 1st Series - which means you get a trophy for beating him
. That is, if you've already beaten the previous challengers of the 1st series.

Not quite true, you don't need to be rich to battle.
An obsidian dagger doesn't cost even 1000np and does 6-8 icons.
A scarab ring costs only around 2000np and does 6 icons and blocks another 6.

Though, if one wants to participate in 2P Leagues and finish the DoN, being rich and spending a good chunk of cash on training is required.Not quite true, you don't need to be rich to battle.
An obsidian dagger doesn't cost even 1000np and does 6-8 icons.

Hmmm thats true.
If a pet has good weapons, but doesn't have good stats, it won't be a success.
If a pet has good stats, but doesn't have good weapons, it won't be a success either.
So I guess stats and weapons matter a lot.
