When I try to finish the installation/download, it gives me this error...
Does anyone know what I'm doing wrong and how I can solve this problem?

From my guide:

First off, you're going to need the VB6runtime files and a standard assortment of .ocx files and the like, so Isuggest sticking the Score Sender program in the same folder as the rest of your NeoCodex programs. I can't remember the odd files that were needed to runthis program specifically, but you should be able to find them and slap them into the folder, right?

VB6 runtime files can be downloaded from here:

http://www.microsoft...17-f673077ffb3c

Second, if the program won't start at all, you'll need to adjust the compatibility. Right click the program, go to properties, switch to thecompatibility tab, then change it to Windows 95.

Run the VB6 installer. When you get a dependency error, find, download, place in folder

I read the guide. Even now after I've transfered the file into the neocodex files, I'm getting the error. And I understand the general idea of the directions you're giving me but I'm still just...not actually getting it. @-@

I had this problem too, until I realized that you can download OCX files from the internet. Just type in whatever one you're missing into google, download and stick it in the folder!

Hope this helps!

Thats what fixed me right up! I had the same issue. Just go to ocxdump and d/l the files you need.

I still recommend google, it's one of a hacker's best friends.

How does google hack people?
To answer the poster's questions, maybe you haven't downloaded the required files?

Thanks guys!

I haven't had the chance to try downloading the file yet to see if it works, but it sounds promising.

I'll update on how it goes.

this may be an old post but just to help others try putting the missing .ocx in the system32 folder(start-run-system32)
now go back to the application which should be extracted to a folder then right click it go to properties then compatibility then click disable visual them now run the program and it should work i also recomend using the beta version
