My testing for all integers from 1-100 has shown that at a certain point you will form an infinite loop of 4/2/1

Why would anyone do this by hand again?

I know that's the point of the joke, but this is the age of computers. Making a joke about doing a system that is very easily automatable (I had the equation in and tested in about 3 minutes) seems to detract from the funny.

I still enjoyed testing the theory though.
