Sorry Thico, but there is no way to unfreeze an account by yourself. But sometimes if you plead with TNT enough, you can get accounts back. Depending on how serious the reason you were frozen for is.

1. become best mates with the entire of TNT, get them smashed and drag them back into work for them to do it for you
2. become an awesome hacker or hire and awesome hacker (TNT claim tho that they've never been hacked)

heh even if you get frozen and you have a completely legit account, you have like a 1/1000 chance of getting unfrozen then this is like in a month or two of wheedling TNT that is if they decide to listen to you

If TNT 'rollback' it means they revert everything that has changed back to a prior date. If someone fucks up the neopets website right now, TNT may 'rollback' to yesterday to revert anything that changed in the last 24 hours. All trades / auctions / pets traded / anything like that will be undone if they happened in that 24 hour period.

i remember years ago idk if someone hacked the site but when you tryed to add money to your bank account it added but withouth taking the neopoints from your hand .. Weird..

Chaos and the other guy, I've forgotten his name, Just got lucky and Keylogged a TNT staff member. They traded rare items from the TNT account to lots of there friends and told them how to duplicate items using the SDB and a bit of html editing. They then proceeded to duplicate and distribute these items, Money Tree etc. almost everyone had a faerie slingshot, TNT went on a ban spree, 'Chaos' for lack of a better term broke out.

After things had settled down, TNT did do a rollback to eliminate the duplicated items in circulation. If I recall correctly.
