I need help with the Seed ABer

I know the "Seed ABer" isn't from here, but I was thinking someone from here may be using it and could help me with it. No matter what IP/ Port I try and no matter what account I attempt to login with, it says that the login was unsuccessful. I have tried not using a proxy, and still no luck. I have downloaded the nesseccary files also. Does anyone know what is going on here??
