Not that I have a rebuttal for every claim the conspiracy theorists make, but I was just stumbling and came across one, and their support was this: Airplane fuel doesn't explode like in the twin towers.



This is an airbus crashing. Silence...silence...silence... boom.

Black smoke and fire explosion cloud.

Could someone please explain to me why, when crashing into the twin towers, this effect is nullified and must mean explosives were used?

The 9/11 conspiracy theorists. Say that the twin towers/WTC was done by the government, saying that the explosions wouldn't have occurred without explosives, among other gobbledeegook.

Personally? I think Bush and his cronies knew something was up and allowed it to happen so the can go to war. But other then that I don't think bombs were placed or anything. I think it was more a "look the other way" scenario.

BTW my Uncle and Cousin were firemen from NJ who went to help on 9/11 and both have 9/11 syndrome which is a respiratory illness caused by breathing all the nasty stuff while rescuing and retrieving bodies at ground zero. Of course the government doesn't recognize it (sort of how they were with Gulf War Syndrome). They both had to retire do to the illness and my Uncle is on oxygen alot and isn't as active as he was.

Why did the towers fall down like a demolition? It's impossible for them to fall that fast from plane crashes. It's pretty obvious that this was an inside job, yet it is too hard for people to conceive why our government would want to kill 50,000 people for millions of dollars of oil and more investments in the military.

I came into this thread thinking it was about Lord of the Rings. After realizing my mistake, I am sad.

I have a good idea though! In order to solve this conspiracy we should do an experiment. Rebuild the twin towers and fill them up with a few thousand people(they could have added to the explosive effect or something) and then we'll run some dc17's into them! Then we can watch and see what happens! Although just to make sure this wasn't a fluke we should perform this a few extra times(making sure to include the people).

My question is, what difference does it make who blew the towers up? Is knowing that really going to help anyone? I thought people stopped caring about 9/11 a long time ago and the only time people actually mentioned it was when the news is trying to look good or politicians are trying to kiss ass.

That's what I was saying. I don't have a rebuttal for everything, and shit does seem a little strange about it all, but I read people saying 'airplanes don't explode like that' and 'airplane gas wouldn't cause a fireball like that'. Ask the guy flying the plane in the video I posted... he might disagree.

I assume you know this because you have a degree in structural engineering and understand how unique the structure of the WTC buildings were, and can diagram the forces that occurred on the steel? My Graduate Structures III class devoted a considerable amount of time to studying and calculating the WTC structural failure. The class was taught by a professor with a degree in both architecture and structural engineering. If you are capable of doing the math, you will understand why what you said is very poor reasoning.

Meh gimme a break, I watched a video on it. The cuts in the building after it fell and the explosions in the basements/garage (I can't remember) workers/ firemen reported are related to the demolition theory. Heres a link I found on it (This is not what I read to form my opinion)

How do you expect the lower levels to handle the added weight, especially with a fire on it? You have over 20 levels of steel that is no longer supported, the rest of the structure cant hold all of that....

All of these fucking conspiracy people are not engineers. The engineers say that the plane did it, and a bunch of non-engineers say that it didnt do it.

As for myself. I saw both planes hit the towers, so obviously the planes hit the towers.

EVEN if c4 was used inside. NOTHING points towards it being the government did it. Hell, even the terrorists said they did it.

Afghanistan was invaded due to the 9/11 incident. And no, you didn't go to Iraq because the UN told you to. You went to Iraq, because your president saw fit to break international and US law.
