Are you IP banned?
Don't know why i would be. I can do it on my roommates computer. but i have the same problem with my mom's. I hadn't played in 2 years before this happened. So I doubt i would be IP banned

are you using a proxy...I had this problem it kept making me think I wasn't logging in, but I could click on Shops or something and it would load my username and np's showing i was logged in

Every time I log in to neopets, it just refers me back to the login page. I don't know what is causing it. I have tried deleting cookies, refreshing the page, checking to make sure its not a fake login page. Cookies are enabled, I'm using the latest Firefox with Windows XP. It hasn't worked in 2 weeks (since i started playing again). So any suggestions?
This is what is causing the Login Failed BS with our programs for some users. I dunno whats causing it

This has randomly been happening to me, but its not all the time. Sometimes it takes me 3 or 4 tries to login but other times I get right in. I was using Firefox but I havent noticed the problem with Chrome. Have you tried using a different browser?

Sorry for the late replies. An old friend texted me and said she was coming over... so i had to attend to that.
No I am not using a proxy.
So far I have tried Firefox, IE8, and Safari. I suppose I could try chrome.
No difference with Chrome. Same thing happens. It doesn't show my neopoints or anything. It just takes me back to www.neopets.com/index and it still has the Login to Neopets link in the upper right hand corner.
Also, I have another problem that I suppose could be related, but I am not sure.
My CA security suite, specifically my anti-spyware, has found a SillyDL DIC trojan, but cannot remove it. Since I found it I have changed passwords on all of my sites, but I cannot figure out how to remove it. I've tried everything I know of. I have used Superantispyware, malwarebytes, Computer Associate software. I've done a system restore to a previous point, and that's about it. Any ideas?
And I think it is unrelated, because I still cannot log on to my account on my mom's computer which does not have the virus.
Oh and I can log in from my IPhone, although that sucks and takes forever.

i used to have this problem with firefox, but i have used chrome ever since and have had no problems
i also can always log on with my iphone though, but it definitely sucks and is essentially a waste of time

my best guest is there is some sort of glitch...I really dont know why does that happen to you though.

yea, you are probably ip banned if you cant use your connection but works on your roommates.

I have tried logging in multiple times. Also, I have the same problem on my mom's computer, so I'm sure it's a setting that I am missing or something.

Couldn't tell you. probly the first MSAB i tried from here 2 years ago. it was a trial version and i didnt know what I was doing.

You must have hit and gotten every restock from here to timbuck-to, I've been caught autobuying more times than I have fingers and toes, but I have never been IP banned. lol.

No, I only got 2 items, both buyable. Other than that I hadn't cheated in the past... except maybe some USAB. maybe it's just bad luck
