Yes and no... You're not allowed to bid more than 5000 above the minimum increment in the auctions. It actually does a good job of keeping things in check.

Its a training method that rich people use. They feed their pet(s) an item called 'Snegg' that gives their pet HP and movement.

I've done this to some one, they were really getting on my nerves, so I ABed a morphing potion on a proxied side and sent it to them.They were frozen within a day. Best time i've had on neo in a long time.

I don't see a problem, Green had an interest in knowing what RKO did, so he asked him about it and RKO should come by, see it, then answer when he reads the thread. Just because it was from a few days ago doesn't mean he's forcefully locked out from further discussing it.

It was not a gravedig, and he did nothing wrong, you are being way too strict when telling people if they can post or not, you have little authority here and you aren't even using it properly, you should wait when someone is actually at fault before badgering them.
