You forgot "Start, Select" but the real answer is
Go to your invetory, Select the item you wish to dupe then hold down alt+F4 for two minutes.. then when you reload your invetory, there should be around 30 of them...

to dupe items...you need to buy a Sword of Skarsden and highlight it while clicking on the Darigan Sword of Darkness...Then a box will appear asking you to enter the item you want..Try it out.
