Hmm i pretty much think I've finalized the build but why is the 630 so "wimpy"? Comparing it to a X4 965, the only difference based from specifications is in frequency, 600MHz difference, but can be compensated for by oc'ing and L3 cache? Am I missing something?
Now that I think about it, is the extra $100 worth the 1055T? With slight oc'ing, people have said it can be mentioned in the same sentence as an i7 but for way cheaper.
If the 630's power is say XXXX, how would you rate the power of the 965 and the 1055T and a i7 920. Or can you pretty much judge this from benchmarks?

I think i've finally been able to finalize the specs with a couple variables.
FIXED
AMD Athlon II X4 630 2.8GHz --- - Questionable. I probably wouldn't go that route. EDIT: On Second thought, it possibly could be the only option if on a very low budget. If that is the case, then a X3 may be good, and unlock to 4 cores .
Caviar Black 640GB -- Most likely can get Hitachi's for cheaper, can setup RAID, and will far outperform all.
Antec Three Hundred
Antec Earthwatts 650W
LITE-ON Black iHAS124-04
G.SKILL Ripjaws Series 4GB 1600
Variables
Mobos- mATX vs ATX
MSI 760GM-E51 AM3 mATX 1 year
$64.99
ASUS M4A77TD ATX 3 year ---- Obvious Choice, mATX Sucks. I may not get either of those boards though.
$82.92
almost $20 difference
Vid Cards
XFX Radeon HD 5750 1GB
139.99
XFX HD-577X-ZNFC Radeon HD 5770 1GB -- Definitely the 5770 over 5750 for $20. The extra pipes/clock speed are well worth it, even at 128bit ram.
$159.99
$20 difference
the HIS H577FM1GD Radeon HD 5770 is pretty nice as well with a supposed highly reliable cooling system. only 2 year warranty though
$156.99
any thoughts? im leaning towards the ATX solely because of the extra 2 year warranty and more over the 5750 just to cut costs
