I am disabled. My disability involves my hands meaning they move slow and my hand/eye coordination sucks. I can't legit RS because my hands are too slow and I can't legit play a lot of the faster games.
The cheats evens the playing field for me.

I don't NEED To use these programs per se, but if you can, why the hell not?

My point Exactly, Why slave over refreshing a page for hours on end with crap results when you can click a few buttons and a program does everything you need for you.

I.E. I can make 100k legit in say 3 hours, with programs I can make that 100k in less then an hour, without having to do anything whatsoever. I'll take the Programs over legit playing 10/10 times.
