How exactly do the high score trophies for these games work?

Like the Brain Tree quest, how exactly do you get points?
Is it how many the neopoints of all the quests you have added together or is it just some random score per quest that you get?

I tried and the brain tree said my answer was false.

You have to do the Esophagor's quest no matter what.
Even if it's correct the Brain Tree won't accept it. it's just how it goes.

It's not, unless you're super lucky and the Esophagor asks for items that total out to like less than 1,000np. All the items you get are completely worthless, and don't even have a good use in the battledome.
