It's because you are using windows XP. It works fine on my Vista and Windows 7

Is there anyway I can fix it as XP or is there a working verison for XP?

Did you set it to the compatibility mode?
I'm using XP and it works great.

Well I was told to disable that visual theme and there is still black patches
and there is only younger verisons of windows under compatibility mode
