My computer has been running REALLY slowly lately. Anything I should do or any ideas on what to do?

try scanning it for spyware and adware...scan for viruses and if you havent upgraded to service pack 2 yet...that might be a smart move to make too

If you are too cheap to buy a ad-aware scanner, go to downloads.com and get spybot. It is free, and varily effective
