I really want to buy the advanced membership thing but i don't have a paypal account. How do i get one when i am only 13 and i don't have a credit card? Could someone help me please?

Well do you have a bank account or debit card... Don't tell me that's silly I did at that age from mowing yards if not then yes your best option is asking your parents and if not then it would be to participate in the forums regularly... 500 posts may seem a bit much but after a couple months of activity I don't see it being a problem... XD

You can't really open up an independent bank account if you're 13. No bank does that. And if he has to involve his parents in that whole process, then it would be much more convenient to borrow their credit card.

I know it sucks . I remember being that age and getting annoyed when everything required you to be older to do anything useful. Unfortunately, we can't accept cash since it's just not a good idea to send cash through the mail . I would go with the 500 post option .

here's an easy way ask one of your relatives chances are one of them has paypal. Its kinda to common now a days to have paypal

Yeah, prepaid credit cards are available at hallmark and other gift card stores as gifts. Just buy a $20 one!
