ok i wiki'ed it and even though it says it is toxic in high amounts it also says that the substance is banned in competitive events. I think that this implies that you shouldn't drink like a gallon of it a day, but you can still take a dose whenever you need it.. so its not like there's a limit of how many times you can use it before you die from poisoning...
