I got a Pink Bartamus today, a name change and a level increase.

I still don't get what the point of increasing the level of your petpet.

one day the level increases and the next day it decreases

And increasing your petpets level used ot help you in the battledome. Not anymore though.

OMG THAT"S DAMN AWESOME. I was thinking about buying one and the chances of it changing to robot yesterday But I realize with "Zapped by lab ray" doesn't look very nice on the pet page lol.

I got one of my petpets turned into a Krawk ( too bad we can't take it to the fungus caves or whatever it is called. ) and a Faerie Peo. That's the extent of "what is good" that came from the petpet ray for me.

I got it to try and zap and Krawk and turn it into a Pet, but then found out you couldn't do that :c
