Am I correct to assume that the displayed buy time does not include the (MS pre-haggle delay), and what I am actually seeing in the Abrosia window when I buy something successfully is just the (OCR page delay).
date- Bought Item X: NP in 1700 ms
So for example, the 1700 ms displayed in the log does NOT include the MS prehaggle time and is just the value of OCR page delay + latency delay time right?
