If damaged, then your insurance deductible applies and even then, you get a refurbished device.
Verizon does not just hand you a phone if you break yours. You call insurance and they send one to you in mail. Or you buy full retail.
Tmobile, AT&T, Rogers, Sprin/Nextel all industry standard for replacements.
Iphones are available for $399.99 to anyone with an AT&T account.
