I'm using Windows Vista Ultimate. It worked the second time trying to run, but never working anymore.

Okay the program keeps freezing again on the cookie thing at the start. Will not open at all now, keep trying but keeps not working.

I think it's very fair for new members to not gain the same advantage as advanced members. It'll help make Codex active and reward the members who post alot.

Program failed to load after crashing when trying to find cookies for browser.

After restarting - it works
