I used to be able to control these. 90% of the time if I tried I could put myself in that state. And it's really cool too; it's sorta like being able to control your dream. In some cases you almost feel like your flying.

Zulfi and I used to talk about this and he got pretty good at controlling it too, from what I recall. But I've lost touch with him. On that note, does anyone still talk with him?

But that was last year. In the past 4 weeks that I've tried it, I was only successful once for about 1 minute. The worst part is if you fail you basically have to wait until the next night.

Does anyone else like to this or am I the only one?

The closest thing I have is 6 hours of deep sleep instead of a cycle. That's my sleep "paralysis." How do you go about controlling your dream? It's an interesting phenomena imo.

"I know there's a few proxy guides rolling around. I'm not a huge fan of them myself since they are a pain in the balls, but if you would like to take the time to hunt down a proxy ever day or two, you are more than welcome to. There are lots of sites that list public proxies around.

Example: If you google "public proxy list port" (I added port to increase the odds that I would get actual IP lists instead of the web proxies) the first result is

http://aliveproxy.co...list-port-8080/

This should be a relatively reliable list. You're going to want proxies on port 80 or 8080 usually. Just give the proxies a test run through firefox first to determine their speed and whether or not they're going to be valid. If they require you to click something before going to the actual page or if they are slow as hell you may want a different proxy."

I tried to make this work with Abrosia but it slows everything down. =/
