I guess I'm the only idiot doing a double major in Accounting and Finance with a minor in Internal Audit.

Not nearly as much fun as it sounds to be :p

Heh. Second person to double major in Accountancy and Finance too! Currently on exchange in HEC Montreal but I'll be heading back to my home country soon. Sucks :( Had loads of fun in exchange.

Depending on your interests, the Natural history Museum, Metropolitan Museum of Art, and other museums are great places to stop. Also of note, the yearly NY auto show is in town this week at the Javits Center, so you might want to check that out too

I'll take note of the museum, for the auto show, will it still be around during the time I'll be there? from 28th to 30th april. Thanks!

My apartment is directly across the street from the Pan American hotel. The red neon sign keeps me awake at hours like this.

Hmm? So are you saying not to get an apartment near there?

Thanks man! I'll tried to finalise and book my accoms by the coming weekend :) so looking forward to visiting the big apple!

Yea we did thought of Soho, but our wallets had been dealt with 'maximum damage' from our travelling to London and Paris prior to our exchange and to Orlando and Miami during the spring break! Heh

Thanks guys!

Random - I was thinking of woodsbury for a 1 day, cause I heard you need to take a bus to and fro for 40 bucks or so, and yes we do have a girl thats coming with us, and we all know that means we need more time allocated to shopping itself. Hopefully we could slot in a visit to broadway in the evening/night.

Day 2 - Times Square, Madison Square Garden, Grand Central Terminal and Rockefeller Centre( is it better to visit it at night? I heard the night view is better)

Day 3 - Take the ferry ( your recommendation), Wall St + Financial Bull, Ground zero, Pier 17 and visiting the brooklyn bridge.

What do you think of this plan? Would be nice if you could provide me with the best possible directions from a place to the other! Or if you think we should visit place A before B etc.

Oh yes, the trip would most likely be from 28th to 30th Apr :)

Soul stealer - We are not exactly picky about the accoms, but that being said, we would still prefer private bathrooms and would like to prioritize safety and accessibility to where we would like to visit..

Many thanks!

As of now, we are looking at apartments in www.airbnb.com. Yes its 150 total for a night, we are willing to shell out abit more if its really value for it, but probably maximum would be 180.
