For those curious about low volume-high profit restocking in Abrosia, set your profit margin as low as you please... I was as low as 100 on HPD. Under the profit, set the profit margin at 200%+, and finally... The secret to massing 60+ items in a 3-4 hour session, set your refresh rates insanely high... I use 5-15 with no trouble at all. there is nothing wrong with drinking coffee post workout o.O
in fact consuming caffeine 30-40mins prior to exercising can have positive effects, such as decreasing pain receptors
