The competition has begun! You can still enter even though the competition has started, and the week that you enter will be considered your starting weight....but it's up to you to catch up!

WE ARE CURRENTLY ON: WEEK 4

Your Week 4 weigh-in is due by Sunday, September 25 (11:59 PM EST)

WEEKLY PROGRESS :

TO ENTER: PM me with "TBL [username]" and include a picture with:

(1) A 4-digit ID Number - this will be used to identify you throughout the challenge so your identity can remain anonymous

(2) Starting weight (required) - Use the directions below to take the picture of your weigh-in

(3) Starting measurements (optional).

Do I have to get in my weekly entries by each Sunday?

Generally speaking, yes. If that's a problem, PM me and I'm sure we can work something out.

When will results be posted?

I will update the results on Mondays. That means that Sunday night stragglers can have their entries counted even if sent past midnight as long as it's in before I do the update, but I'd like the deadline to remain at midnight so I have the flexibility of posting whenever I am free on Monday without cutting people off.

How long will this contest last?

12 weeks. You are free to bow out at any time, but we suggest you go all the way

to the finish. Consistency in health is key.

What if I can't do all 12 weeks?

If you feel you can't complete the full contest, we understand. We'll be calculating the

winners by percentage of weight lost, so you may still rank high!

Is this all anonymous?

Yes! I will not share your name or pictures with anyone, unless you ask me to.

If you want to share your entrant number, go for it! Feel free to celebrate in the

comments every time you hit a milestone. (:

Can I post progress pictures?

Of course! You are free to share your own progress pics in the comments of the

weekly results' thread.

What if I missed the first sign-ups and want to participate?

You can still join in! We will count your first week as your starting weight, and it's

up to you to catch up from there.

Who is eligible for prizes?

Anyone who has participated for at least four weeks, not necessarily all in a row,

will receive a participation prize.

Is there a set fitness or meal plan to follow?

Nope, you are free to work out and eat as you wish, but please diet and exercise in a HEALTHY manner! You can also share recipes, meal plans, fitness guides, workout routines, etc. in the comments.

I will personally be following a 12-week workout and meal plan (PM me if you're a girl who wants all the PDF files to the guide I'm following and I will gladly share it with you)
