I'm more interested in the fact you were listening to music via YouTube.

You're all very welcome. There's another option I've come across since making that post. It is easily the most expensive option, but the safest IMO. You can buy a subscription to a remote DSL line. This is what "professional" craigslist advertisers use to get their posts to stick in different regions of the USA. Even the cheapest sources will charge you ~50 USD a week. Not for the feint of heart, and certainly not originally intended to be used to cheat an online game.

I'm using a free service called TotalVPN. It's PPTP. Is it sufficient to use this VPN with a different browser to disguise my IP when logging into my shells, such that TNT can't tell that I'm using a VPN at all? How do I check this?
It depends. If you use ublock origin & ghostery then I'd say you're doing decent enough. I have not been on neopets in a long enough time to truly know the answer. Your best best would be to use Firefox with ccleaner, ublock origin, ghostery, user-agent changer, and disable webrtc. You can import/export cookies with Firefox using the import/export cookie add-on. This will allow you to "reset" Firefox to brand new, import cookies from a previous account, do what you want to do, export them, "reset Firefox, and then continue fresh for another account to load in cookies.
I know that's a bit of word vomit, but it's a lot easier in practice than it sounds.

No error but the traffic from the Program manager doesn't tunnel at all
Run wireshark while you run the PM. It will show you which application you need to tunnel. I've never used Proxifier, but with SocksEscort you can see all applications available to tunnel.

Alright, I am going to stick my nose in here and give a more technical explanation of whats happened. Unfortunately i cannot side completely with you. While you used an example of purchasing a gallon of milk, think of it like going to the video store and renting a VHS (yeah, im being old school). You made the rental for 1 week, you pay the fee to rent the movie - then you decide you didnt like it. Well, you already had it for a little bit and they cannot do partial refunds. This situation is slightly similar.
When you purchase a domain from go-daddy or ican or any of the other domain providers, they are essentially acting as a middleman between you and the domain registrar for that TLD. Domains that end in .ca are owned by https://cira.ca
So it gets more complicated when you are doing this. Usually in the terms and conditions there are clauses telling you that all purchases are final. If you read the ToS of Steady Cloud ( https://www.steadycl...rms-of-service/ ) they have this in the document:
You would have been purchasing the domain for immediate use, so the 30 days do not apply to you here.
I knowledge of domain registration and ownership is not top notch, but that is the information that I currently know on the situation.
As for some advice on your next steps, I am not entirely sure - from how you worded the message above it sounds like you have registered your domain successfully and ran into problems when it came to the services for actually building your blog. You can initiate a domain transfer to move the domain between services (usually costs a fee). It depends on what you want in the end from all this, I can try and help you continue and set up your blog with you - but i highly doubt you will be able to get the money back unless you file a complaint with your credit card company.
Skip to this portion. It's the only way you'll get anything back. You'll win the dispute 100% of the time. Web hosting and middle-man vendors have the highest risk merchant accounts and use the most expensive gateways.

Don't even bother trying to work it out with the vendor. Go right to your issuing bank or credit company. They'll charge it back no questions ask if it's only for 30 dollars. The vendor will get fucked, but that teaches them to screw around. All they have to do is hit refund in their merchant account. Once they get a chargeback they'll get a fee and hopefully learn their lesson. Too many chargebacks and their merchant account is going to be reviewed and/or closed. Hosting companies are already high risk, so they're on thin ice or with a sketchy merchant account/gateway that costs them a fortune for chargebacks.
Moving forward register the domain with Google Domains or NameCheap. They're easily the best. The downside with Google Domains is that your host may not be capable of @yourdomain.com emails. NameCheap works fantastic. They have single click install WordPress & built in webmail servers.

Hey I totally stand for equality it's just that modern day feminism has been favouriting women way too much and taking shit to unnecessarily extreme levels
If you're going to support one sex's equality, there's no need to put down the other haha like I said, they really quite contradict themselves
Not looking to start a fight just simply speaking my opinion don't want to force anyone to believe anything I do haha
On the other hand, I totally think we could be rave buddies if we put our views on feminism behind us
You are allowing your opinion to be swayed by a tiny vocal minority that gets blasted all over media. Christians are dumb because they're all Westboro Baptist Church members. The Islamic faith is dumb because they all behead Christians. Gun owners are dumb because they all think they should have a fully automatic machine gun turret strapped to their front porch. Black people are dumb because they all think white lives don't matter.
That's not how it works. You can't lump an entire group together based on some tiny minority you see plastered all over media. Radical people exist in everything. You can't just let them control your opinion of a group. Perhaps you would prefer to live in a world where you can't vote or have your own opinion. You're a pretty lady, but use your brain and don't pander to neckbeards who hate feminism.

If you're willing to grow a substantial beard, you could sell it to hipsters in east London fo'sho.
I thought everyone knew this by now.....what did you all think he did!?
Idk.. computer science or something. In the USA most people would make more money in computer science than delivering mail. It isn't like he lacks the talent.

I bought my significant other something for the holiday and I can only hope she loved it as much as I did. I want her to feel as sexy as I know she is to every one else. She accidentally left it with her, but if she didn't I'd be begging with all my power to have her take pictures in it for me.
err mfw I remember she is a member here
