Perhaps we can come up with some spiffy algorithm to detect spammers. :p

Ahaha, when you said that it made me think of this

I agree with the time requirement - because honestly some people are just going nuts with stupid posts. Or limit amount of posts that count.
However, I suspect that spamming will be a lot more difficult once this downvoting thing gets implemented

I don't have a problem with the concept, per se. And I agree, real life dating would be pretty boring for an audience. I probably wouldn't mind so much if the "losers" just kind of shrugged their shoulders with an "oh well" attitude and left the show. But so many of them are actually devastated and that's the pathetic part. I've seen olympic athletes walk away after failing to win a medal after YEARS of dedication and training, and they walk away upright and dignified. It costs these women nothing to put on a fancy gown, paid for by the network, and flaunt themselves nationally for a few weeks of fame. Why not enjoy it and just have fun? Does marrying the bachelor really represent their hopes and dreams?

I don't think the two circumstances are comparable. Sports athletes are supposed to show poise and composure even in defeat (although - they actually do cry, or are on the verge of crying but you don't see the whole thing). Athletes compete all the time, and they (to some extent) get used to this stuff.

I'm not trying to justify their crying, but it's a whole different circumstance. I think that being crushed by somebody you like, maybe even love and getting crushed on national television might get to them. I mean most of these girls (I assume) are attractive and they probably haven't been dumped multiple times, or even dumped on national T.V for that matter.
I'm not saying that they should be crying, but I understand why they might.

It's kind of interesting if you think about it.

I don't really have a problem with it - I've never really seen a whole episode but the concept isn't so bad.
It's just a stretch on reality T.V shows. You take a normal situation (in this case, dating/finding somebody that you'll love), airing it on tv and throwing in some twists and turns. It's actually quite genius if you think about it. Nobody will watch (at least I hope not) a reality T.V show about two people dating for years and years and all the ups and downs of their relationship. Here, we have something that isn't all that interesting but you add multiple partners (which is ALWAYS bound to stir up drama which makes shows more interesting), decision making (you're basically choosing people that you think you would have a chance with from at first a few minutes of talking, then maybe a couple of hours with them, and then actual dates and etc), and then there's always the question of whether the girl loves you for you or your money.

I probably wouldn't follow a whole series through, but I can see its appeal.

So I have decided I really don't want to be iced anymore. The only cheating I will do is training of my pet, which really shouldn't get me iced anyways. I will be a reseller / try at AAA / invest in stocks / invest in retired items. My goal is to try and stay in it long enough to better understand the game.

Any tips?

I think that you can make it.

Honestly, I think that the best way to make money isn't be AB-ing but rather by reselling.
All it takes is some experience - you can always start small - Secret Lab Map auctions are a great place to start.
Just follow the jelly neo guide and snatch any piece that you will make ~10k profit off of. Also buying all the pieces seperately and then selling it as a set will also provide you with some profit.

The more you merch, the easier it'll get.
You can also start with codestones/faeries in the SW as well.
