Pity point for number 1.
The person tried at simple typography, which can be really effective sometimes, and he even put effort in font variation.
Unfortunately, it wasn't very effective this time, mainly due to excessive negative space.
(Okay, maybe I'm just justifying why I'm voting for #1 instead of #2...)

Number 2 is just generic c4d spam, and number 3 is just generic animation. And even though I would much rather use number 2 than number 1 in an actual signature, number 1 gets my pity point.

In any case, you posted it here, that's a big no-no.

Strictly red, green, and blue.

Of course, that would mean we can only use the hex-colors 0xFF0000, 0x00FF00, and 0x0000FF. And I don't think anybody's going to check to see if every pixel on every entry matches exactly one of those hex-colors, right? Otherwise, "strictly red, green, and blue" would be completely subjective. Anyone can say that 0xFF1000 is "close enough" to red, but 0xFF1010 is not.

TLDR: The criteria of this theme might be a little too strict.
(I'm not entering, but if you look at mine, you can't say it's not RGB-themed.)
