Not true. I have a pet that's lvl 200+ and I still frequently lose levels with the lab. what can't happen is the lab can't send your pet back down to lvl 1.

how do you know if it's using the proxy?

A good reflector + SoL was the way to go. Saw at least 1 screenshot of someone going down that path.

How do you know if the program is using lens flare? I was just looking at the logs and it looks like a lot of the time i only do a few icons of damage on the first turn... even though i'm wielding dual anagram swords and have a 1600 HSD pet. and then do 0 damage on turn 2.... weird.. wonder if they're using abilities to make this difficult...
