Some members told me they dont hv the avatar yet so I figure might as well lend it here instead of selling it rightaway.

So someone had asked me to lend an item to him/her. I hadn't been on neopets for a looong time so I know nothing about it

I would like ask:
1)Is *lending item* allowed by TNT?
2)How does "lending" work? Wont it be super dangerous?
