When I was 16, I flew to France to visit my French exchange student's family. I got to live in France for about a month a half, mostly in the village/town called Bretagne. I did get to see Paris and Lyon but what was most cool to me was realizing how close French families are to each other, seeing the intimacy of the village (from what I saw, people still go to the bakery for their daily baguette or whatever,) and oh my god the food.
