Need help with tracking a ticket!

Basically, I got frozen on my account so I submitted a ticket and I want to keep track of it. I know there's a tab called 'My Tickets' which should tell you to the status of your ticket but I can't access that part. I need to log in first but when I try to log in, it takes me to the "You have been frozen" page. :/ Is there another way around this?
